Our Process

The production process begins by sourcing agricultural and forestry waste like rice husk and sawdust, which is then ground, dried, and compressed into uniform pellets or briquettes.

Biomass pellet production process diagram
01

Chipping

This entails processing of the wood to ensure the required size, generally below 6 mm.

02

Screening

Raw materials are screened to remove metals, stones, and other impurities before production.

03

Drying

A drum dryer helps raw materials reach the right moisture level for efficient pellet mill operation.

04

Pelletizing

Prepared material is pressed through the die hole under high pressure for proper pellet formation.

05

Cooling

Hot pellets are cooled to harden and strengthen them using air cooling.

06

Packaging

Finished pellets are packaged for protection and convenience during transport and distribution.

07

Storage & Distribution

Pellets are stored in dry conditions and distributed in bulk through trucks and other vehicles.

Raw Materials

Agricultural and forestry waste like rice husk, sawdust, and bagasse are key raw materials used to produce eco-friendly briquettes and pellets.
