Founded in March 2022 by Jai Sablok as Shree Hanumanth Industries, the business began as a small pelletizing unit in Jhajjar. In June 2025, Sach Bio Power Pvt. Ltd. was established, taking over the business assets and shifting operations to a new plant in Bhiwani on NH148B.
